These terms govern your use of CAAC Go (“the service”), operated by Crescendo Lab. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
You’re responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping your login secure. You must have the right to use any content you add as a knowledge source, and you’re responsible for what your AI agent is configured to say.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or send spam or abuse.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Only train the agent on content you own or are permitted to use.
The AI agent
The agent generates answers from the content you provide and from third-party AI models. It can make mistakes. You’re responsible for reviewing its behaviour and for any commitments it makes to your customers; we don’t guarantee that every answer is accurate or complete.
Your data & ownership
Your data is yours. The knowledge sources you add, your contacts, and the conversations between your visitors and your agent belong to you and your business. We act only as a processor — we use your data solely to operate the service for you (train your agent, generate replies, and power your inbox, contacts and reports), on your instructions. We never sell your data or your visitors’ data to anyone. You can export or delete your data at any time from inside the product, and we delete it when you close your account. Plans & billing
Paid plans include a monthly allowance of AI conversations; usage above your plan may require moving to a higher plan. Fees and allowances are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.
Availability & changes
We work to keep the service available but provide it “as is” without warranties. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date below.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
