Questions agencies ask first
How do I become a partner?
Fill in the application on this page. We reply within two working days, usually with a short call to understand your clients, then open your partner account with your referral link and portal. There is no fee and no minimum.
Can I pay for my clients, or do they pay themselves?
Either. Each client workspace has its own plan and invoice. You can put your card on it and bill the client as part of your service, or invite the client as an owner and let them pay directly. There is no consolidated agency invoice yet; if that matters to you, tell us.
Can my client see and reply to conversations?
Yes. Invite them into their workspace as a member. They get the shared inbox, leads and reports for their own site only, and can reply to visitors themselves or let the AI handle it.
Can I remove CAAC Go branding?
The widget colour and greeting are yours on every plan. The “Powered by” mark is removed on the Scale plan. Fully white-labelled apps or custom domains are not available today.
Which website builders are supported?
Any site where you can add a script tag: Wix, Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Framer and custom builds. Shopify and Wix have dedicated install guides.
How does the 20% rebate work?
Write to us for your partner link. Any client who signs up through it is tied to you. For 12 months from their first payment you receive 20% of every invoice they actually pay, including seat add-ons and upgrades. We total it each quarter and pay by PayPal or bank transfer. Refunds are deducted.
How much should I charge for setup and care?
That is your call. Agencies we talk to charge a one-off setup fee in the range of a few hundred to two thousand dollars, depending on how much content there is to train and tune, and a monthly care fee for keeping the knowledge current and reviewing the AI report with the client.
