CAAC Go (“we”, “us”) is operated by Crescendo Lab. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Account data — the email address or phone number you sign up with, and your workspace name.
Content you train the agent on — the website pages, files, and text you add as knowledge sources. We fetch and index this so your AI agent can answer from it.
Conversations — messages exchanged between your visitors and your agent, including any contact details (name, email, phone) a visitor chooses to share.
Usage data — basic logs and metrics (e.g. number of conversations, AI usage) needed to run and bill the service.

How we use it

To train your agent and generate replies grounded in your own content.
To deliver the product — inbox, contacts, reports, and notifications you turn on.
To operate, secure, and improve the service, and to provide support.

AI sub-processors

To generate replies we send the relevant conversation and knowledge context to third-party large-language-model providers (e.g. Google and Microsoft Azure OpenAI). We send only what is needed to produce an answer, and we do not sell your data or your visitors’ data to anyone.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your workspace is active. You can delete knowledge sources, contacts, and conversations from inside the product, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your choices

You control what content you add and what notifications you enable. You can export or delete contacts from the Contacts page, and remove knowledge sources at any time from Data sources.
