Crescendo LabCAAC Go

Run your website AI agent from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor

CAAC Go has a remote MCP server. Connect it to your AI assistant and ask in plain words: train the agent on your website, test its answers, install the chat widget, fix the questions it couldn't answer, and see your leads. It works on every plan, Free included, and signs in with OAuth — no key to paste.

Connect your assistant

Claude (claude.ai, Desktop, mobile)

  1. Open Customize → Connectors and choose Add custom connector. On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds it under Organization settings → Connectors first.
  2. Name it CAAC Go and paste https://caacgo.cresclab.com/api/mcp as the URL.
  3. Click Connect, sign in to CAAC Go, pick the workspace and approve.

ChatGPT

  1. Turn on developer mode, then add a custom MCP server (connector).
  2. Paste https://caacgo.cresclab.com/api/mcp as the server URL and choose OAuth sign-in.
  3. Sign in to CAAC Go and approve. Which ChatGPT plans allow custom MCP servers, and whether write actions are on, is decided by OpenAI.

Claude Code

  1. Add the server from your terminal:
  2. Then type /mcp inside Claude Code, pick caac-go and sign in in the browser.
claude mcp add --transport http caac-go https://caacgo.cresclab.com/api/mcp

Cursor

  1. Click the button to add it, then sign in when Cursor asks. Or add it to .cursor/mcp.json yourself:
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "caac-go": {
      "url": "https://caacgo.cresclab.com/api/mcp"
    }
  }
}

VS Code (GitHub Copilot agent mode)

  1. Click the button to add it, then sign in when VS Code asks. Or add it to your MCP configuration:
{
  "servers": {
    "caac-go": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://caacgo.cresclab.com/api/mcp"
    }
  }
}

OpenAI Codex CLI

  1. Add the server, then sign in with codex mcp login caac-go:
codex mcp add caac-go --url https://caacgo.cresclab.com/api/mcp

Windsurf / Devin Desktop and other clients

  1. Any client that speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP works. Add the URL to its MCP config and sign in when asked:
  2. A client without OAuth support can send a workspace API key instead: create one in Settings → API & MCP and pass it as Authorization: Bearer cwa_…
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "caac-go": {
      "serverUrl": "https://caacgo.cresclab.com/api/mcp"
    }
  }
}

Signing in creates a free CAAC Go account if you don't have one. Only a workspace owner or admin can approve a connection; disconnect any app in Settings → API & MCP.

Questions

Does CAAC Go have an MCP server?
Yes. CAAC Go runs a remote MCP server at https://caacgo.cresclab.com/api/mcp (Streamable HTTP). Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Codex and other MCP clients can connect to it and run a CAAC Go workspace: train the AI agent on a website, test its answers, install the chat widget and read conversations and leads.
Which plans include the MCP server?
Every plan, including Free. The tools work within your plan's limits — knowledge size, pages per website crawl and monthly AI conversations. The REST API and outbound webhooks are separate and need the Growth plan or higher.
How does an AI assistant sign in to CAAC Go?
With OAuth 2.1. Paste the server URL into your assistant, sign in to CAAC Go when it opens a browser, pick a workspace and approve. Only a workspace owner or admin can approve, and you can disconnect the app any time in Settings → API & MCP. Clients without OAuth can use a workspace API key as a Bearer token.
What can the AI assistant do — and not do?
It can read and change the agent's knowledge, instructions and widget, run test questions, and read conversations, leads and unanswered questions. It can't see billing, invite people, change the plan or delete the workspace.
Does using the MCP server cost anything?
Connecting is free. The ask_agent tool runs a real AI reply, so each call uses one AI conversation from your monthly allowance — the same as testing in the dashboard. Every other tool uses none.
Do I need an account first?
No. If you aren't signed up, the sign-in step lets you create a free CAAC Go account and then returns you to approve the connection. Your assistant can then train the agent on your website for you.
