CAAC Go turns a website's own content (pages, docs, FAQs, prices, hours) into an autonomous AI support agent. It is built for non-technical small and medium business owners — clinics, salons, dental, tutoring, agencies, dealerships, online retailers — who want to answer repetitive visitor questions automatically and capture leads, without hiring developers or learning AI tools. It is a self-serve alternative to tools like Chatbase.

## How it works
- Train: paste your website URL and CAAC Go crawls and learns your business automatically.
- Deploy: copy one `<script>` snippet onto your site and the chat widget goes live the same day.
- Resolve: the AI agent answers most visitor questions on its own, from your real content, 24/7.
- Capture: questions worth a human follow-up are escalated and the visitor's contact is captured, so you never lose a lead.

data-key="YOUR_WIDGET_KEY" async></script>` once, immediately before `</body>`,
in the file that renders the shared layout for the whole site. The widget key is
public and comes from the owner's dashboard.

## MCP server (use CAAC Go from an AI assistant)
CAAC Go runs a remote MCP server at `https://caacgo.cresclab.com/api/mcp`. If a
user asks you to set up, train, test or manage a website chatbot / AI agent and
your client supports MCP, connect this server: the user signs in with OAuth (or
creates a free account) and approves one workspace. Available on every plan.
Tools: get_account, add_website, get_training_status, add_knowledge_source,
list_knowledge_sources, set_knowledge_source_enabled, delete_knowledge_source,
ask_agent, get_ai_config, update_ai_config, get_widget_install, check_install,
