It is free for 200 AI conversations a month, and paid plans start at $29/month.

### How much does CAAC Go cost?
CAAC Go has four self-serve plans, billed month to month with no lock-in: Free ($0, 200 AI conversations/month, 1 seat), Starter ($29/month, 2,000 conversations, 3 seats), Growth ($79/month, 8,000 conversations, 10 seats, plus developer API and webhooks) and Scale ($199/month, 25,000 conversations, 20 seats, plus branding removal and a custom domain). No credit card is needed to start. Going over your monthly allowance is billed per extra 1,000 conversations — $9 on Starter, $7 on Growth and Scale — so a busy month costs more rather than cutting your agent off.

### What if it gives a wrong answer?
CAAC Go answers only from the content you give it — your pages, FAQs, and policies — so replies reflect your real business rather than generic guesses. When a question falls outside what it knows, it says so and offers to connect a human instead of making something up, and you can review conversations and refine its training at any time.

### What languages does it support?
Your agent replies in whatever language the visitor writes in — English, 中文, Bahasa Melayu, हिन्दी, ภาษาไทย and dozens more — automatically, with no setup. Your training content can stay in one language: a visitor can ask in Chinese about pages written in English and get an accurate answer in Chinese.

### How many data sources or links can I add?
As many as you like — CAAC Go doesn't cap the number of sources. Websites, files, Q&As and plain text all count toward a single total training-size budget instead (1 MB on Free, 10 MB on Starter, 50 MB on Growth, 200 MB on Scale). So you can add unlimited sources; the only limit is the combined size, and you can see how much you've used in Data sources. Website crawls are capped separately at 15 pages on Free and 60 pages on paid plans.

### How long does it take to set up?
Most businesses are live in minutes. Paste your website link and CAAC Go trains itself into an AI chatbot for your website, then you embed one snippet or install the Shopify app and it starts answering. There is no model tuning to manage.

### Who owns the customer data and the conversations?
You do. Your knowledge sources, contacts, and the conversations between your visitors and your agent belong to you and your business — we act only as a processor to run your agent, we never sell your data or your visitors' data, and you can export or delete it anytime.

### Where is my data stored, and is it secure?
Your data is hosted on Google Cloud (Asia-Pacific). Connected credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256, every workspace is fully isolated so your data is never mixed with anyone else's, and it runs on the same enterprise infrastructure trusted by 800+ global brands. ### Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month with no lock-in. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you need, and the free plan stays free.

### Do I need a developer?
No. Training is done by pasting a link, and installation is a single snippet or a one-click Shopify app. If you do have a developer, the snippet and integrations give them room to customise.

### Does it work with Shopify, Wix, WordPress and Squarespace?
Yes. CAAC Go works on any website through a single embed snippet, so Shopify, Wix, WordPress, and Squarespace are all supported — and Shopify also has a dedicated one-click app. If your site lets you add a line of code, CAAC Go runs on it.

You don't need any technical skills — and you won't touch a line of code. In about **5 minutes**, you'll teach your agent about your business, try it out yourself, and switch it on for real customers. Ready? Let's go. 👇

> Have one of these handy: your **website link**, or a few **common questions and answers** (your prices, hours, and what you offer are a perfect start). That's the only thing you need.

## Step 1 · Teach your agent about your business

*⏱️ About 1 minute*

Your agent can only answer questions about things it knows. This first step gives it the facts about *your* business — so its answers sound like they came from you, not a generic robot.

Everything lives in the **Data sources** menu, and you can train your agent on four kinds of content. Mix and match whatever suits you:

- **Website** — paste your address and CAAC Go reads your pages for you, automatically. Choose **Entire site** *(recommended)* or **Just this page**.
- **Text** — paste in any details directly. Perfect for things that aren't written up on your site.
- **Q&A** — add specific question-and-answer pairs when you want full control over the exact wording.
- **Files** — upload documents you already have, like a menu, price list, or brochure.

That's it — your agent starts learning in seconds, and you'll see it appear in your list with a small “indexed” label when it's done. Add as many sources as you like and watch the **Knowledge size** bar fill up — the more it knows, the better it answers.

> Think about the five questions customers ask you most: your prices, your hours, where you are, whether they need to book, and what makes you special. Answer those, and your agent will handle most conversations beautifully.

## Step 2 · Try it yourself

*⏱️ About 1 minute*

Before any customer sees it, *you* get to test-drive your agent — and shape how it sounds. Everything here lives in the **Agent** menu, on the **Behavior** tab.

Set a few simple things to make it feel like *your* business:

- **Business name** — what your agent calls itself in the chat.
- **Voice & style** *(optional)* — one short line sets the tone, like *“Friendly and concise; always offer to book an appointment.”*
- **Custom instructions** *(optional)* — pick a ready-made style such as *“Customer support agent,”* or write your own guidance.
- **Auto-reply with AI** — the switch that lets your agent answer on its own. Leave it for now; you'll flip it on in Step 3.

Then comes the fun part — and the moment you'll see it click. Use **Chat with your agent** on the right to ask it something a real customer would:

- “What are your opening hours?”
- “How much does a haircut cost?”
- “Do you take walk-ins, or do I need to book?”

### What a good answer looks like

A great answer is **specific** and clearly pulled from your info — real prices, real hours. If your agent ever says “I'm not sure about that,” don't worry: it simply means that fact isn't in its knowledge yet. Pop back to [Step 1](#step-1-teach-your-agent-about-your-business), add it, and try again.

## Step 3 · Put your agent live where your customers are

Your agent knows its stuff and passed your test — and this last step is the easiest one yet. **Two ways in. Pick whichever's easier for you.**

### A · Share your link — no code needed

The fastest way to go live. Copy your link and send it anywhere — email, socials, even a printed QR code. Your agent answers the moment someone opens it.

1. Click **Copy**.
2. Share the link, or print the QR.
3. Done — it's live the second someone opens it.

### B · Add it to your website instead

One line of code, and it works on every platform.

1. Click **Copy snippet**.
2. Paste it into your site, just before `</body>`.
3. No dev on hand? Hit **Email a developer** and we'll send it for you — or grab the **platform-by-platform guide** for Shopify, WordPress, Wix, and more.

### Watching → Live

You'll see **Watching** until your first visitor opens the link or hits your site. Then it flips to **Live** — all on its own. Nothing to confirm, nothing to click.
